Position Details

• Type: Hospital employed
• Shifts: 166 per year, day shifts only
• Schedule: Flexible; set your desired schedule (e.g., 10 on 10 off, 30 on 30 off, 14 on 14 off, 5 on 5 off, etc.)
• Procedures: None required
• Patient Census: True census of 16 patients/day
• Responsibilities: No mid-level supervision duties; optional teaching of residents (additional stipend)
• Team Structure: 8 rounding teams, 2 admitting teams, 2 nocturnist teams
• Leadership Opportunities: Available
• Vacation: 30-day blackout period
• Hospital Details: 270-bed Level I Trauma Center

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $281K to $373K depending on experience
• $12K Quality Bonus
• Extra shifts up to $179/hr
• Sign-on bonus of $40K+, $5K CME, malpractice, tail coverage, loan support programs
• Relocation assistance up to $20K
