Hospitalist Opportunity:

1. Minimum Starting Pay: $251,600 annually, exempt
2. Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (Three-year) / $35,000 (Two-year)
3. Relocation Assistance: $15,000 (individual) / $20,000 (family)
4. Retention Bonus: Percentage of annual earnings (Inquire about this!)
5. Performance Bonus: $75,000 annually, paid quarterly at $18,750
6. Role Description: Providing medical care to an Indian population of all ages and backgrounds.

Hospitalist Qualifications:

1. Graduated from an accredited Family Practice program.
2. Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
3. Ability to obtain Alaska Licensure after hire.
4. New graduates are welcome!
