Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities in Gainesville, GA. This part-time role offers schedule flexibility with facility rounds, no on-call or overnight requirements, and strong support to focus on quality care.

Compensation is competitive with additional bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license to practice in Georgia.
• Current board certification as NP or PA per the applicable body.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics or related field.
• Strong assessment, clinical-decision-making, communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with facility teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct facility rounds per the scheduled part-time pattern.
• Collaborate with facility nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Utilize a company-provided iPad for charting and communication.
• Maintain high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
