UVA Community Health is seeking an Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join Culpeper Medical Center’s provider team. The role involves rounding, admitting, and discharging patients across day/evening shifts.

You will order tests and treatments, communicate with patients, families and primary care physicians, and consult with inpatient specialists as needed. The campus supports a 70-bed hospital, birth center and 24/7 ER.

The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of $67.69- $86.65 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
