AMN Healthcare is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in Virginia. Start ASAP with a 7-on/7-off schedule on day and night shifts. Epic EMR is used; census and on-call duties are outlined.

Team size includes 16–17 physicians and 3 APs during the day, with 3 physicians and 2 APs at night. Credentialing may take up to ~100 days; board certification and VA license are required, along with BLS, ACLS, and DEA.

Competenze

• Board certification and Virginia license are required.
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications are required.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
• Credentialing timeframe around 100 days.

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 12 Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill an ongoing need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7 on 7 off availability preferred. Day and night shifts.
• Total Census Per Provider Per Shift: 8-10 during the day. At night, take floor calls 50-70 pages.
• Procedures Required: General Hospitalist
• EMR: Epic
• Support: 16-17 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practitioners during the day. 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners at night.
• Certifications and License Required: Board Certified, Active Virginia State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 100 Days
