We are hiring for a Nocturnist position, requiring overnight shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Candidates must be comfortable working nocturnal hours and delivering exceptional patient care during nighttime.

About the Role

Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 6 APPs at SSM St. Joseph West Hospital, supported by a clinical performance nurse and a hospitalist coordinator. Our hospital emphasizes collaboration across departments, seamless patient care, and effective communication within the community. We use EPIC for record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Certification required.
• Two years of hospital experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Practice Environment

Our hospital is a 154-bed community facility with robust subspecialty support, semi-open ICU with intensivist coverage, but nurse practitioners are not expected to perform procedures or run codes in the ICU. We seek nurses who enjoy addressing diverse patient needs.
