Premier Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners for roles at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton and Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians to deliver primary care, taking medical histories and assessing conditions, and maintaining high quality patient services.

Applicants should hold a Master’s NP degree, be ACNP certified with current Ohio licensure, and possess prescriptive authority.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Must be a certified NP (ACNP) with current Ohio licensure.
• Certificate to Prescribe must be current.
• Minimum of five years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility; NP/ACNP experience preferred.
• Malpractice insurance evidence required.
• Understanding of HIPAA and professional discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Outlook; EMR experience preferred (EPIC).

• Take medical history, assess condition and interpret findings.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and respond calmly in emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and supervisors.
