Kindred Hospital Albuquerque is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care, conduct comprehensive health assessments, and manage treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing, along with an active Nurse Practitioner license and APRN certification. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with physicians. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice (Required).
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification (Required).

Responsabilités

• Conducts patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Prescribes medications and formulates treatment plans under authority.

Connaissances

Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic abilities

Effective communication and patient education skills

Knowledge of primary care and/or specialty medicine

Proficiency in EHR documentation

Ability to function independently in high-pressure environments

Formation
