US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a hospitalist in Reston, Virginia. This Nocturnist, full-time role emphasizes inpatient coverage with a focus on evidence-based management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient outcomes.

The opportunity includes an equity ownership program after three years of service, comprehensive CME/BEA funding, parental and other leaves, and robust malpractice and insurance coverage, supporting physician stability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Hospitalists provide daily patient encounters and coordinate inpatient care.
• Hospitalists do not perform procedures, focusing on governance, guidance, and team-based management.

• Signature services include 24/7 Emergency Care, Level II Trauma Center, Virginia Institute of Robotic Surgery featuring DaVinci Xi, Mazor X Stealth Edition, Mako Robotic Arm, Bright Matter, and Modus V technologies


• STEMI Center


• Certified Primary Stroke Center


• Full sub-specialty support


• Closed ICU

Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 129


• 15 full-time Physicians; 6 full-time APPs
