Job description

Indiana University Health, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana, is seeking a Hospitalist to join our growing team at Saxony Hospital in the desirable and expanding Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, IN.

Position Details:

1. Robust community hospital, variety in patient acuity, opportunities for teaching, and a great living community with excellent schools
2. Full-time, Day shifts (7 on/7 off, 10 hours in-house), 44 beds expanding to 88 with a new tower opening in October 2025. Current ICU/PCU unit has 12 beds.
3. 100% inpatient coverage for medical and surgical patients; team includes 8 physicians and 5 APPs, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
4. Onsite intensivist support during weekdays, 24/7 on-call. Open ICU; hospitalists admit all ICU patients, including intubated and pressor-dependent patients (excluding STEMI). Procedures are optional but can be performed if comfortable and competent.

1. Residency training in Internal Medicine
2. Board Eligible or Certified in Internal Medicine
3. Minimum one year of experience preferred
4. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
