Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our growing team. This full-time, employed position features 12-hour day blocks with 15 shifts per month, mostly days/swing with occasional nights.

You will work in an open ICU with in-person intensivist backup and remote intensivists, and have access to extensive subspecialty support, AP provider backing, and Meditech Expanse with Suki AI scribe.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Missouri license or eligibility required

Responsibilities

• 12-hour shift blocks, 15 shifts per month (180 hours)
• Occasional night coverage possible
• Open ICU model with in-person intensivist backup and remote intensivists
• Access to specialist consults across multiple disciplines
• EMR: Meditech Expanse; AI scribe: Suki
