Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large, integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule and collaborative inpatient environment.

The role provides management of a diverse inpatient population with strong specialty support, a structured schedule, and no-call responsibilities within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine physicians for hospitalist program.
• Experience in high-volume inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists in care of critically ill patients (no procedures required).
• Coordinate care with nursing, case management, and specialty services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Contribute to efficient patient flow and hospital throughput.
