Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks hospitalist instructors to join a 1-year intensive faculty development program in Hospital Medicine, focusing on POCUS, evidence-based medicine, and teaching residents and faculty.

You will work part-time as hospital medicine faculty with mentorship, and dedicate remaining time to scholarly activity and curriculum development in POCUS and EBM.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of 3-year ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in POCUS under guided mentorship.
• Build advanced clinical decision-making skills based on biostatistics and EBM.
• Enhance critical appraisal skills across study designs (observational, RCT, Bayesian, meta-analysis).
• Develop as an educator by teaching POCUS and EBM curricula for residents and faculty development.
