Hackensack Meridian Health has an immediate opening for a Geriatric Medicine Hospitalist to join our Inpatient Service team at Hackensack, New Jersey. We seek a dedicated physician with a passion for clinical excellence to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our geriatric population in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

In addition to direct patient care, hospitalists at HMH drive inpatient safety and quality initiatives and serve as core educators and mentors to residents

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited U.S. residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Medical License in New Jersey and NJ DEA/CDS licenses.
• Passion for inpatient geriatric care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality inpatient geriatric care within a multidisciplinary Inpatient Service team.
• Serve as educator and mentor to residents and medical students while driving safety and quality initiatives.

Requirements Include

• Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine.
• A demonstrated passion for inpatient geriatric care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Active Medical License in the State of New Jersey.
• Active New Jersey DEA and CDS licenses.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $323,148. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good-faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.

• Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
• Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
