Job summary

IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our established team. The scope includes inpatient and outpatient endoscopy, with GI emergencies management and opportunities to utilize EUS/ERCP if available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO Indiana license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Routinely cover inpatient scopes (upper and lower endoscopy).
• Provide outpatient scope access and manage GI emergencies such as variceal and ulcer bleed, food impactions and volvulus.
• Collaboration with a four-physician, two-NP team; endoscopy procedures as needed; training and mentoring.
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP experience is helpful but not required.
