Job summary

Gshvin is seeking an experienced Hospitalist to join a physician-led, collegial team in Indiana. The position offers flexible block scheduling (7 on/7 off or similar), with an average patient load of 13–16 and strong APP support for admissions.

The team is affiliated with an on-site ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency program and a Magnet-designated hospital. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus incentives and a quarterly quality bonus; on-site collaboration with

Qualifications

• ABMS/AOA board certification or eligibility within 5 years of training completion.
• Graduation from an MD/DO program with residency in General Internal Medicine or Med-Peds (ACGME/AOA accredited).
• ACLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Hospitalist duties with 7 on/7 off or other flexible block scheduling.
• Manage daily patient load (average 13–16 patients) in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to cover admissions and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Offer occasional Basic/Non-Complex Vent Management alongside the PulmCC team.

Education

ABMS/AOA Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of training completion

MD/DO degree with residency in General Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
