Valley Perinatal Services in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our hospitalist team. This role is primarily inpatient, focusing on childbirth support, triage evaluation, and postpartum care within a collaborative OB/GYN and MFM team.

The schedule is shift-based, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program and hold Arizona licensure, with DEA license and BLS/ACLS credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program.
• Arizona licensure active or eligible; DEA license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients during childbirth.
• Perform deliveries within scope of practice.
• Evaluate and manage obstetric triage patients.
• Provide postpartum care and patient education.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and specialists on care plans.
• Support hospital-based patient care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
