Job summary

WellSpan Health in Shrewsbury, PA, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for per diem coverage (0.001 FTE). You will work 24-hour shifts with autonomy while contributing to a forward-thinking project to transform emergency care delivery.

The role offers collaboration with a proactive team, access to advanced diagnostics, and opportunities to provide coverage at neighboring WellSpan Neighborhood Hospitals in Carlisle, PA and Newberry, PA.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and boarded in Emergency Medicine.
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency and credentialing for core procedures.
• Must be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital upon hire.
• Certification as Emergency Medical Commander preferred.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses And Training

• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and
• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required and
• Must be credentialed for all core procedures. Upon Hire Required
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Commander. Upon Hire Preferred
