CHI St. Joseph Health in Bryan-College Station, Texas, is seeking a Nocturnist to join an established inpatient team.

You will provide compassionate care with a 5-on/10-off schedule and focus on patient care with a rapid response team supporting codes and procedures. The successful candidate will be Board-Certified or -Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, hold a Texas license, and demonstrate strong inpatient skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Texas license or eligibility.
• Strong inpatient medicine clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Commitment to patient-centered care within a rapid response team model.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient care on a rapid response team supported model.
• Manage 6–10 admissions per shift.
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize modern EHR systems for patient management.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
