Job summary

Endeavor Health in the Chicago area hospital system is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Hospitalist medicine. You will work under collaborating physicians to care for inpatients, perform exams, order tests, and develop treatment plans while educating patients.

The role requires IL APN/PA licensure with DEA and C‑substance licenses, plus BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications; 12-hour shifts and some evening hours are typical.

Qualifications

• Master’s level program in the relevant hospitalist specialty.
• Active APN or PA licensure in Illinois with DEA and Controlled Substances license.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to inpatients under supervising physicians.
• Perform histories, physical exams, orders, and interpret tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and patient education.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.
