Job summary

Kettering Health in Dayton seeks a hospitalist APRN or PA to join our team on a Full-Time basis with 12-hour shifts. You’ll deliver comprehensive inpatient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• APRN: National Board Certification and Ohio APRN license are required.
• PA: NCCPA certification and PA license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospital medicine care with history taking, assessment, and treatment.
• Order entry, interpretation of diagnostics, and care planning.
• Daily rounds and disposition planning for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and on-call duties as assigned.
• Ensure quality of care and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Engage in professional development and competency validation.
