Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio and APRN license in Ohio.
• National NP certification from a board-approved certifying organization (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to prescribing.
• BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
