Job summary

Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join a well-established hospitalist program within a large, integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

The role provides inpatient duties in a high-acuity setting with dedicated ICU support, multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for additional shifts to increase income.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Willingness to work in a high-volume hospitalist program
• Ability to collaborate with intensivists and subspecialists

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, case management, and specialty services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Contribute to patient throughput and hospital throughput initiatives
