Ascension's Franklin Hospital in Wisconsin seeks a hospitalist clinician to manage inpatient rounds in a busy ICU setting. You will collaborate with a seasoned team, perform minor procedures, and support open ICU care within a large health system.

The role requires MD or DO, Wisconsin licensure eligibility, and AHA-ALS; it offers a stable full-time schedule and opportunities for professional growth within Ascension's network.

Qualifikationen

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate within a balanced daytime environment with 3 daytime rounders and 1 overnight Nocturnist.
• Rounding with a highly manageable daily workflow averaging 13–17 encounters.
• Perform minor procedures with subspecialty resources support.
• Maintain a 7-on/7-off daytime schedule (176 shifts annually).
• Evaluate and treat inpatient cases as attending or consulting physician.
• Improve cost-effectiveness and patient safety in partnership with medical staff.
