Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our hospital-employed team, focusing on inpatient adult care with no pediatrics or OB.

Schedule: 7 on/7 off (7am–7pm) with a swing shift to midnight; incentives include base salary, commencement and quality bonuses, relocation assistance, and a cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Ability to obtain Tennessee/Georgia medical licenses and DEA.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage inpatient care for adults.
• Order and interpret tests; manage discharge planning.
• Provide comprehensive patient care within a hospitalist role.
• Collaborate with ICU staff; participate in rounds and handoffs.
