Job summary

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. Enjoy a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts and a mix of day rounding and rotating admit/night shifts, with potential nocturnist opportunities.

Join an established hospitalist program with ICU coverage, academic engagement with teaching partners, and a robust Epic EHR system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Inpatient hospitalist experience preferred.
• Academic engagement with teaching programs is involved.

Responsibilities

• Hospital rounds for admitted patients in the facility.
• Manage day-rounding and rotating admit/night shifts.
• Participate in teaching with residency and medical school programs.
• Contribute to ICU coverage and care as needed.
