St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA is seeking a Hospitalist to provide care for hospitalized adult general medical patients as admitting or consulting physician.

The position is 40 hours weekly with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule (12-hour shifts), and openings for Day Hospitalist or Nocturnist roles. The campus is nestled on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain, offering a supportive team and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in hospital medicine or internal medicine.
• Licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine.
• In good standing with St. Tammany Parish Hospital Medical Staff.
