Woodland Clinic Medical Group, a physician‑owned, physician‑led group in Woodland, CA, seeks a board‑certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join as Hospitalist. You will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care within a multi‑specialty network with a single clinic location and one hospital.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location, one hospital, and twelve shifts per month, which fosters an excellent work‑life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi‑specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will have an interest in a mix of day and night shifts (nine days, three nights per month), possess a strong clinical background in Primary Care with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning.The incoming Hospitalist would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospitalist who is eager to contribute to patient well‑being.
