Woodland Clinic Medical Group in Northern California is seeking an adult psychiatrist for an outpatient role. Join a physician-led network affiliated with Dignity Health; provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment plans in a single clinic with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Candidates must hold a California medical license, be board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry, and complete an accredited residency.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient psychiatric services with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Lead and participate in a multidisciplinary care environment within Woodland Clinic Medical Group.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Adult Psychiatrist with Woodland Clinic, you'll join a physician‑owned, physician‑led medical group that treats a full spectrum of psychiatric conditions. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of medical and behavioral health colleagues. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi‑specialty environment perfect for a board‑certified psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling outpatient role.

You’ll perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with both primary care physicians and behavioral health teams. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location with traditional Monday‑Friday hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), no inpatient or night call responsibilities which fosters an excellent work‑life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi‑specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will possess a strong clinical background in adult psychiatry with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning. The incoming psychiatrist would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychiatrist who is eager to contribute to patient well‑being. • Income guarantee of $327,395 for 18 months, followed by productivity model
