Job summary

Dignity Health is seeking a PRN Hospitalist to join our team in Phoenix. This position involves 12‑hour shifts and caring for approximately 18–20 patients per day, with superb in-house subspecialty support and Magnet hospital status.

The role is tied to our Academic Affiliation with Creighton University’s Internal Medicine residency program in Phoenix. Candidate must hold an MD or DO, be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, and be eligible for Arizona medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• BC/BE Internal Medicine board certification.
• Must be eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Completed ACGME residency with ABMS board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during 12 hour shifts.
• Manage 18–20 patients per day with multidisciplinary support.
• Collaborate with subspecialists; ICU coverage not required.

Job Requirements

• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Pay Range

$164.99 - $165.00 /hour
