Dignity Health Medical Group Arizona is actively seeking patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Maricopa Clinic in Maricopa, Arizona. This outpatient role offers a Mon-Fri schedule, no evenings or weekends, with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 admin hours, and opportunities for academic appointment and teaching.

Physicians will have access to behavioral health resources, a clinical pharmacist, and strong support for research participation.

Qualifications

• Patient-centered care emphasis in outpatient setting.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, Physician Assistant students and other learners.
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care at Maricopa Clinic.
• Collaborate with social workers and clinical pharmacists to support patient care.

Opportunity Highlights

• Call is 1:8 or 9


• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours


• Avg 18-24 patients per day

Pay Range

$235,000 - $275,000 /year
