Aspirus Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with hospitalist experience to join our hospitalist team at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital. This full-time role features 24 weeks/year, 7 on/7 off, with potential to take extra shifts.

Open ICU, onsite subspecialty support, and teaching opportunities with a local residency program and medical school, plus relocation and CME allowances.

Care for 14–16 patients daily with rounding and admissions.

Sub-specialty support onsite including General Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Trauma, & Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.
Teaching opportunities with a local residency program and medical school.

Aspirus Health is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with hospitalist experience) physician to join our hospitalist team in Duluth, Minnesota at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital.

OPPORTUNITY:

Full-time position equals 24 weeks per year, 7 on 7 off with option to pick up additional shifts as available
Mix of common diagnoses and more complex and exciting medical pathology
Average volume of 14-16 patients per day – combination of rounding and admissions
Open ICU with dedicated intensivist support
Interventional Stroke Services team handles their own admits (Hospitalist will consult)
Sub-specialty support onsite including General Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Trauma, & Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit
Teaching opportunities with a local residency program and medical school

$334,000/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
