Job summary

CHI St. Luke’s Health Baylor College of Medicine Medical Center is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee valet services, coordinate staffing, and drive service quality in a hospital setting.

The role partners with transport operations leadership to ensure safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction while maintaining high service standards in a healthcare environment. Candidates should have a HS diploma, a valid license, and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervise valet operations and staffing.
• Experience in hospitality or hospital setting preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to meet HHS policy/training requirements for approved/authorized vehicle operators.
• Be able to operate automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs, and provide your name; park and retrieve vehicles per guidelines.
• Record and maintain a log of all parked vehicles with pertinent notes.
• Address customers in a pleasant, helpful, respectful manner; provide directions and assist with entering/leaving the vehicle.
• Conduct escorts as required and supervise valet operations and staffing to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist manager with accident investigations/incidents and monitor the valet area for safety.
