Job summary

Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Valet at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. This high-profile customer service role requires a personable, compassionate individual to assist patients and visitors, manage drive lanes, and follow Cornerstone standards of conduct.

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Compensation starts at $13.00/hour plus tips (potentially $14–$16/hour with tips).

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record.
Customer service skills.
Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (strongly preferred).
Experience driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes.
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Desire to serve valet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Integrity, reliability and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers.
Offer wheelchairs, information and directions as needed.
Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in assigned areas.
Keep drive lanes and fire lanes clear; maintain smooth traffic flow.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Report to work on time and maintain attendance as per Cornerstone standards.
Work in proper uniform and perform other duties as needed.
