Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is hiring a Hospital Valet in Springfield, IL for a full-time first shift. The position offers $16.00-$17.00 per hour including tips and benefits.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with parking and vehicle retrieval, and providing directions to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A strong customer service mindset and neat appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
