Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Hospital Valet Attendants in Nashville to greet patients, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist visitors with a calm, professional demeanor in a busy healthcare environment.

Roles involve directing traffic, inspecting vehicles for damage, protecting privacy, and maintaining a clean valet area. Shifts include day, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays; tips may supplement base pay where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to pass required background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable attendance and a professional appearance.
• Availability for assigned nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• Previous valet, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following procedures.
• Assist with vehicle entry and exit and offer directions to the appropriate entrance or department.
• Request assistance from facility staff when a patient or visitor needs help beyond the valet role.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage according to company procedures.
• Secure keys, protect personal property, and respect patient and visitor privacy.
• Keep the valet area clean, accessible, and organized.
• Respond promptly to questions and help manage vehicle traffic during busy periods.
• Follow safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
• Support team members and communicate service or safety concerns to a supervisor.
