Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; customer‑service attitude mandatory.
• Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; clean driving record; background check.
• Hospitality, Customer Service & Communication: Provide exceptional guest service with professional communication and active listening.
• Organizational Support & Adaptability: Follow policies, adapt to changing environments, manage competing demands.
• Dependability & Safety: Follow instructions, maintain schedules, and comply with safety procedures.
• Physical Demands & Work Environment: Stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs; work outdoors/in various weather; nights/weekends/holidays possible.
• Cell Phone Use: May use personal phone for work communications; reimbursements per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring security and accuracy of parking locations.
• Document vehicle conditions and report any damage on tickets.
• Maintain clean valet areas and follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Assist guests professionally, resolve issues promptly, and support team members.
• Adhere to attendance/time-keeping policies and accurately report tips.
• Attend required training and staff meetings; support operational goals.
