Job summary

SP+ is hiring a part-time valet/attendant at the Legacy Hospital campuses in Portland. You will provide friendly customer service, assist drivers, and ensure safe parking operations. Previous parking or customer service experience is highly valued, and MVR checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Must pass an MVR check in good standing.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Availability for Monday–Friday shifts and potential weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless transport experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
