Job summary

Pacific Parking LLC in Portland is seeking part-time Valet Parking Attendants to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide excellent customer service at private events across the Portland area.

The role requires weekend Availability; on-the-job training is provided and uniforms are supplied. Join a team focused on professionalism, safety and guest satisfaction at exciting events.

Qualifications

• Valet parking experience or equivalent customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work mornings and/or evenings on weekends (up to 12am).
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (training provided).
• Friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Physical ability to stand, run, and maneuver vehicles for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide assistance to guests, such as opening doors or offering directions.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the company’s high standards of customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and handle all vehicles with care.
• Ensure proper organization and handling of vehicle keys.
• Assist with event setup or teardown related to valet and parking operations as needed.
