• Establish scope of work, forecast funding, and coordinate maintenance and repair projects.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure needs are fully understood.
• Ensure timely project activations and smooth transitions after completion.
• Monitor workload and optimize resources across work orders and PMs.
• Maintain resource awareness and advise on efficient distribution.
• Develop training, set performance standards, and document training.
• Counsel staff on disciplinary actions and manage performance.
• Compile data for plant production, cost analysis, and reports.
• Monitor attendance and support 24/7 operations.
• Ensure compliance with VA directives and track contractor progress.
• Oversee quarterly Legionella and boiler-related testing and retests.
• Develop plans for subordinate certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Joint Commission requirements for utility systems are met.
• Work schedule includes Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday night shifts.
