• Complete scheduled delivery rounds and respond to on-demand transport requests.
• Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive requests and communicate delays.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the correct location and person.
• Follow procedures for safe transport of specimens, medications, and confidential information.
• Maintain appropriate delivery confirmations and chain of custody when required.
• Coordinate routes with Messenger staff to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with non-clinical errands and departmental support as needed.
