HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Telecom Operator PRN to support our communication needs. You will handle multiple incoming lines, collect information, transfer calls to the right extensions, and assist with overhead paging and alarm monitoring.

This role supports hospital operations and emergency response with a focus on clear, timely communication. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple incoming telephone lines.
• Obtain necessary information and transfer calls to correct extensions.
• Provide information to callers as appropriate.
• Perform overhead paging.
• Monitor all alarms located in PBX and notify appropriate personnel.
• Respond quickly to disaster and emergency situations.
• Assist with the maintenance of directories on-call list.
