Description
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH)’s Public Health Hospital Systems is looking for a Hospital Systems Facilities Project Manager to join its team.This role is responsible for providing coordination for system projects, administrative and general operations, and is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking progress and works with the facility team to identify project delays. This position will be monitoring maintenance and capital projects.
The Public Health Hospital system has four long-term sub-acute care facilities that are Joint Commission (JC) accredited and is managed by the Department of Public Health.The facilities provide a full range of medical and psychiatric services, ancillary services, including rehab therapy, recreational therapy and pharmacy for adults and pediatric patients.This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in project management, hospital systems, and capital projects.

Qualifications
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have at least (A) five (5) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, professional internship, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
