SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced Materials Distribution staff member to manage par level inventories and efficiently restock and deliver supplies within a hospital setting.

The role requires one year of hospital experience and up to three years in distribution, with the ability to walk, lift, and stand for extended periods. Proficiency with electronic handhelds and basic Outlook is preferred. A valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• One-year hospital experience is required.
• Three years of relevant experience in Material Distribution preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Inventories par level areas using electronic handheld equipment.
• Delivery supplies to par level area.
• Restocks and rotates stock and non-stock par level supplies, checking for damaged or expired products.
• Maintains and arranges items on shelves for maximum efficiency.
• Removes debris and boxes from the cleanrooms.
• Processes requisitions in computer system.
• Communicates stock outs and order problems to the Manager of Distribution.
• Performs assigned work safely and adheres to safety rules.
• Reports hazards or safety violations to supervisor promptly.
• Performs counts and keeps shelf locations neat and orderly.
• Assists patient care staff with identification of supply needs.
• Demonstrates compliance with departmental policies including infection control and dress code.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
