Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC seeks a PRN Supply Inventory Technician to support receiving, stocking and distributing supplies across the facility.

You will manage Min/Max storeroom safety stock, conduct regular physical inventories, and enter data into the SMART system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork with nurses stations and POU areas.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Previous stock clerk experience preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies accurately and on time.
• Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices.
• Place safety stock in proper location and receive expedited deliveries.
• Key receiving into the SMART system and deliver to appropriate departments.
• Review Min/Max levels and place orders as needed.
• Count par levels weekly in POU areas and ensure barcodes.
• Perform QA checks on totes and rotate stock to prevent expiry.
• Assist POU Station staff and address questions as needed.
