BJC HealthCare is seeking a Supply Distribution Supervisor for Alton Memorial Hospital to oversee daily supply distribution operations and lead a team of staff. The role ensures inventory availability and alignment with clinician and patient needs across the facility.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting support, and coordinated communication with hospital leadership to meet service levels and KPI targets. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply distribution.
• Supervisor experience: < 2 years.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily supply distribution operations and staffing.
• Assist in departmental budgeting and achieve goals.
• Supervise receiving, linen, warehouse and distribution functions.
• Serve as the supply chain representative on committees and leadership meetings.
• Discuss lean daily management and monitor KPI performance against SLAs.
