OhioHealth's Riverside Methodist Hospital is seeking a part-time Distribution Center Receiving associate to support daily operations, including breaking down and staging unit-specific products and ensuring accurate counts on pack slips.

The role requires basic math, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will use handheld devices and hospital systems (Workday, EPIC, TEAMS) to manage inventory and respond to requests.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Workday, Microsoft TEAMS and EPIC.
• Excellent communication and math skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• 60% Daily operations: breakdown/staging of unit specific product per schedule.
• Validates correct product/quantity received via pack slips or license plates.
• Delivers and replenishes supplies, linens, and equipment to designated areas.
• Completes STAT orders as requested and within timelines.
• Uses powered/manual material handling devices for safe movement.
• Places unit/location specific orders using required technology.
• Travel between sites when working in the Freestanding Emergency Department Network.
• 20% Reports errors and discrepancies through chain of command.
• 10% Responsible for product rotation and expiration date management.
• 5% Maintains a clean and safe work area and follows cleaning schedules.
