Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Professional at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Illinois. This role manages the supply room, supervises Receiving and Distribution staff, and maintains Lawson MMIS data to ensure accurate inventory and on-hand levels.

Responsibilities include par level setting, cycle counts, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service to nursing and departments for supply availability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage supply room operations and inventory.
• Strong supervision and coaching of Receiving/Distribution staff.
• Familiar with Lawson Material Management System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply room organization, space and shelving requirements.
• Direct Receiving and Distribution staff; monitor processes and couriers.
• Set par levels and reorder quantities to balance turnover and stockouts.
• Maintain inventory data integrity in Lawson, including quantity and cost.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Train staff on Lawson applications and distribution processes.
