Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisor experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• 3-4 years prior materials management/inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and operation of the supply room with space, shelving, and Lawson item detail.
• Supervise Receiving and Distribution staff and activities, including couriers.
• Establish and monitor par levels and reorder quantities to balance efficiency and stock availability.
• Monitor Lawson MM system for quantity, product, and cost accuracy; conduct cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Train Distribution and Receiving staff on Lawson applications and reporting; conduct 1-on-1 reviews and report on performance.
