El Camino Health is hiring a Building Maintenance Engineer to operate building systems and perform routine maintenance and repairs in a hospital environment.

The candidate must have a four-year apprenticeship in stationary engineering, HVAC, electrician, pipe fitting or plumbing, or six years of equivalent experience plus a one-year trade course.

Salary range is $72.93 per hour USD. This is a full-time position with 80 scheduled hours bi-weekly.

• Four-year apprenticeship in stationary engineering, HVAC, electrician, pipe fitting or plumbing.
• Six years equivalent experience in building maintenance or systems engineering and a one-year trade course.

Responsibilities

• Operate building systems and equipment and perform periodic maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems, equipment and furnishings.
